At Technovary, we strive to maintain clear and transparent billing and payment policies for our clients. Our policies are designed to be fair and consistent, ensuring that clients are fully aware of their financial obligations and the terms of our services. Here's an overview of our billing and payment guidelines:

Minimum Service and Payment Terms

  • Minimum Service Requirement: We generally require a minimum of two hours for our services.
  • Payment Timeline: Payment for services rendered is due within 10 business days unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
  • Variable Rates: Please note that our rates may vary based on several factors, including the scope of work, time of day, day of the week, seasonal demands, and surge demand.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48-Hour Cancellation: Services canceled with more than 48 hours’ notice may incur no fee.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a one-hour minimum charge may be applied.
  • Preparation-Intensive Services: Services that require significant prerequisites or preparation may incur additional compensation, determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Full Day/Multi-Day Services: These may be subject to an 8-hour minimum charge and will be reviewed individually.

Policy for Jobs Canceled Upon Arrival

  • Service Scheduled for 1 Hour or Less: Full payment is required for fixed-rate service calls, including full travel. Blended service calls require payment of the initial fixed rate (typically 1 hour) plus travel. Hourly service calls require a minimum of 1 hour’s payment plus travel.
  • Service Scheduled for 2 Hours or Less: The same policy as above applies, with the initial fixed rate typically being 2 hours.
  • Service Scheduled for More than 2 Hours: Full payment for fixed-rate service calls, including full travel, is required. Blended service calls require payment of the initial fixed rate (typically 2 hours) plus travel. Hourly service calls require a minimum of 2 hours’ payment.
  • Full Day, Multi-Day, and Extended Travel Service: These services will require an 8-hour minimum payment based on the standard rate provided by Technovary in advance.

Additional Service Charges

  • Out of Scope Services: Additional services not included in the original scope will be charged at the current hourly rate in 1-hour increments unless otherwise arranged.
  • Pay Per Unit (PPU) Services: Out of scope services added to PPU are billable as one unit or at the current hourly rate.
  • Scope Changes Upon Arrival: Any significant changes in the scope of work upon arrival may lead to rate changes and/or additional charges, which will be negotiated prior to the start of service.

Variable Rates Based on Client or Service Coordinator

  • Client-Specific Rates: Please be aware that rates for services may vary based on the client or service coordinator involved.
